For Gulzar, everything begins and ends with the client. He thoroughly enjoys working closely with dental professionals and helping them achieve their business and personal goals. Working directly with clients is what brought him to Engage Advisors and he loves the role he gets to play helping clients grow their businesses.

In his position, Gulzar provides comprehensive assistance with the non-clinical side of his clients’ practices. He starts by having in-depth conversations to learn about specific concerns and aspirations they may have. Then Gulzar creates a game plan that will get them where they want to be financially. He enjoys working with dental providers because they value his experience and are eager to adopt best practices. Gulzar also appreciates the many close relationships he’s developed with clients since joining the firm in 2016.

Gulzar grew up in suburban Chicago and is a graduate of DePaul University. In college he started out as an engineering student, but after his interest was sparked by a business class, he quickly switched his major to accounting, which he describes as the language of business.

Gulzar continues to live in suburban Chicago with his awesome wife and two young children. In his free time, Gulzar likes to watch the Chicago Bulls, and as a true fan, he’s stuck with the team through good seasons and bad. He also loves music and is a self-described superfan of the band U2. A little-known fact is that he once got to meet Bono after a concert he attended in Ireland. Gulzar is also an active volunteer at his local mosque and believes in the words of the famous Beatles song, “All You Need is Love.”
