What Justin likes most about his job is providing clients with concrete solutions to problems and helping them feel like they’re in control of their own future. Justin joined the team at Engage Advisors in 2013, and over the years he has enjoyed watching his clients’ revenue go up and their stress go down as they let go of the hassles of trying to manage their businesses all by themselves.

When meeting a new client, Justin starts with an open and honest conversation about how they’ve run their business in the past. He asks what their biggest stressors are, and what they want their day-to-day life to look like moving forward. From there, Justin partners with clients to develop a balanced plan that strives to minimize taxes, maximize savings, and make progress towards their individual goals. Justin believes the greatest gift he gives clients is peace of mind from knowing their business is well run and their financial situation is secure.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Justin was attracted to the field because he loves working with numbers and solving puzzles. He was recognized as the top accounting student in his class when he graduated from Trinity International University in Chicago. Justin also majored in management and likes applying his knowledge and expertise to all aspects of his clients business.

Justin is married to a teacher and considers raising his two daughters to be his great accomplishment in life. He is an active volunteer at his church, and likes hobbies that keep him moving, such as soccer, running and cycling. Whether in or out of the office, Justin is inspired to always give his best, as summed up by the motivational quote from Abe Lincoln, “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
